Rehabilitation Aides are responsible for providing assistance to physical and occupational therapists in the rehabilitation of patients. They help patients with their daily activities, provide support and encouragement, and assist therapists in the implementation of treatment plans. Rehabilitation Aides may also provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ordering supplies.

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited rehabilitation aide program
