Cost Analyst – Northern Canada Jobs

Understanding of general contract vs. construction management forms

Construction estimating (take-off) using both elemental & Uniformat II and knowledge of architectural, structural and landscape elements.

Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written & verbal

Participating with the project team to achieve the goals within the parameters set for financial, time and people resources.

Undertaking and completing site visits & estimating reports.

Researching local suppliers and trades and updating database on prices/quotes.

3-5 years of experience in a Finance role

Work directly with Managers for budgeting and annual planning

Assist operations managers in researching their costs for monthly cost reports in SAP

Assist managers in accounting of operating costs versus capital costs

Facilitate monthly and weekly cost reviews with managers

Provide Finance team inputs for reporting during month end

Graduation from a recognized 12-month program in cooking or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
