At least 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information

At least 6 months of retail experience

At least 6 months of experience as a Loader at other home improvement or hardware retailers

At least 6 months of retail merchandising experience, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, downstocking, facing/fronting products, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping

The qualifications we are looking for:

Maintain consistent communication with the District Manager regarding changes in buyer preferences, out of stock inventory concerns/situations encountered and market intelligence

Actively complete daily responsibilities and report accordingly

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Previous sales experience an asset

Act as an Arterra Ambassador and build in-store relationships as such

Execute and Merchandise impactful product display activations, features, and/or racks in the grocery store channel

Providing performance-based coaching and development to your team of Ambassadors on building relationships and category knowledge within the existing regulatory framework.

Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience

An entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills

Experience managing relationships and large teams

Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management

Participate in all safety related, compliance, and regulatory programs and education

2-5 years related experience preferred; equivalencies will be considered

Respond to customer service requests regarding rates, invoices, coordinate information requests from customers internally regarding capacity, availability, equipment, etc.

Maintain and distribute rate log

Maintain filing system for rate quotations, contracts, customer agreements, purchase orders, etc.

Previous experience in customer service and relationship management

Management of sales office including ordering office supplies.

Potential to attend and participate in weekly/bi-weekly sales meetings with team and management

Maintain an intimate working knowledge of our projects, local area and competition

1-2 years experience in a sales administration position and a general understanding of the home buying process.
