Must have extensive experience with GPO's in the Health Care space

Strong multi-tasking skills to work cross-functionally as required

Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships

Generate Monthly Business Review, Board of Director, and other management presentations

At least 8 years of finance experience, primarily in an FP&A function

Plan, report, and manage sales operating expenses, including sales commissions and account marketing spend

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required

Experience with fast growing consumer brands sold through both retail and eCommerce channels is highly preferred

Experience working with the headquarters team for a global brand

Successful management of senior collaborators, resulting in strong and positive outcomes

Active risk managers – guiding inquisitive business decisions

Serve as a Finance Business Partner for the Commercial organization, including Revenue, Marketing, and International

4+ years of experience working in FP&A in a high growth environment

Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with Anaplan, Adaptive or similar planning software

Own monthly close and forecast process for the Commercial organization

Drive operational improvements by optimizing and standardizing processes across the team

Minimum of 5 years of finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment preferably as a finance business partner

Provide trusted finance decision support, including regular and ad hoc analysis to key stakeholders. Deliver insight into trends, risks, and opportunities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance. CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred.

Experience working for multi-national companies

Strong computer skills in MS platforms

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience and knowledge in post-secondary/higher education environment

Demonstrable organizational and time management skills

Work collaboratively with Employee Services in supporting workforce planning, following the position management framework

Work in collaboration with Finance Business Services to complete program costing and analysis on new product development, credit/ noncredit

Develop analytical expertise in core financial and operational components of consolidated requirements.

Participate in development and action of standard service level requirements between Business Services and School/Department
