Project Management Professional, Prince2, or similar project management certification an asset.

Minimum of 15 years' senior level project development/management experience, including experience overseeing large complex construction projectsin an urban environment.

Working knowledge of project management software platforms and planning software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).

Budget planning and management skills, initiative and out-of-the-box thinking; and

Energizing, empowering, managing , and mentoring a senior team of Project Management professionals.

Contributing to the advancement and streamlining of project management processes and procedures.

Proven management, leadership, negotiation, organizational, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills;

Extensive project coordination, scheduling and time management skills;

Strong financial management and budgeting skills;

Management skills required to lead a work group in a unionized environment;

A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification would be an asset; and,

10+ years of experience in contract administration / contract management

University level degree ideally in law, engineering or construction management disciplines.

Customer service focused approach to contract management

Manage high profile / complex post award vendor relationships

10+ years of experience working in a project environment, ideally within an EPC environment.

8+ years of experience working in Mining, Construction, Utilities Oil & Gas etc.

Communicates with the P3Project Board, Regional Hospital District Boards, IH senior management, Ministry of Health staff, and Partner’s senior project members.

Hires, evaluates, and disciplines staff.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Financial Lead | Major Capital Projects

A minimum of five years of relevant project management experience;

Knowledge of Solidworks and PDM configuration management best practices is required;

Experience working within a quality management system (e.g. API, ISO) or regulated industry; and/or

Proficient at project management software such as MS Project or Primavera;

Managing interactions with key external stakeholders such as government funding agencies for grant applications, submitting claims and completing reporting requirements;

Experience in an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) or fabrication (mod yard) manufacturing environment managing large project budgets (>$500K);

Experience in process and/ or change management

Support the resolution of business issues, ensuring potential problem areas or trends are escalated to management as required

Identify potential risk situations within the scope of GTS activities, make recommendations and/ or escalate to management as required

Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust through responsive, accurate, consistent, knowledgeable and available services and support

3 – 5 years of business-related experience in the financial services industry

Advanced knowledge and understanding of a range of financial products including fixed income, equities, credit, commodities and derivatives

Liaison with relevant risk management groups to recommend risk limits based on market risk exposures

Corporate banking, loan syndications and project finance

Drives the development of Market Risk knowledge among themselves, ATB Capital Markets teams, and broader enterprise as needed

Maintain and assess Regulatory margin requirements with appropriate summary reports to ensure appropriate capital levels

Experience working with diverse partners across the organization, including compliance, risk and others

Experience with interest rate derivatives and financial data analysis
