Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Degree or diploma in graphic design; degree or certification in usability, human-computer interaction, and technical writing a plus

Experience in facilitate User Research and Usability testing. Accessibility compliance testing is a plus.

CSS3 , JS skills (React, Angular, NodeJS) are a plus.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

Motion graphic experience (After Effects preferred)

Experience with Keynote and/or Powerpoint

Experience with Cinema 4D or CGI creation

Experience with Adobe XD, or Figma

Able to manage several concurrent projects without missing a beat
