Must have a minimum of 1 year security experience

Handle daily administrative and paperwork.

Assign guards to their posts and daily assignments, ensuring all guards follow all post orders and complete audits.

De-escalation of situations and managing and reporting emergency incidences.

Monitor and document performance and behavior of officers, providing mentorship and coaching as required.

Draw up and maintain a departmental site and training schedules, ensuring that all shifts are covered.

· Monitor performance and recommend corrective or disciplinary action. Alert management of potentially serious issues.

o escorting staff and guest to car upon request.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

2+ years of Residential security experience required

Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.

Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites

Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot when required

Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
