Strong experience with TSQL, creating and developing store procedures, functions, and triggers, and troubleshooting database performance issues

Experienced and highly technical people manager with proven ability to build strong team cultures based on mutual respect and empathy

Mentor engineers at various levels of experience to grow a well-balanced team

Experienced in working with cross-functional teams

3+ years of experience managing multiple software engineering teams

7+ years of experience developing in .NET, C#

Strong experience with integrations, APIs

General understanding and experience with networking and TCP/IP concepts

Excellent organizational, communication, multi-tasking and teamwork skills

Good oral and written communications skills.

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

There is a pre-scheduled Work From Home capability up to a maximum of 1 day per week.
