Experience working in and knowledge of municipal construction would be an asset
Experience and practical knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD)
Perform damage deposit inspections throughout the year, determine builder responsibility, complete damage deposit deductions and refunds, coordinate repairs with Infrastructure team
Maintain the filing and database systems for all applicable lot grading cases and files, including the damage deposit spreadsheet
Clear out backlog of existing files, send default notices to all current delinquent files and follow up/close out annually
Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise day to day activities of the seasonal Lot Grading Inspector
