Infrastructure Operations Coordinator Jobs in Alberta

The researching, written-drafting, editing, and review of strategic documents, and drafts institution-wide policies and procedures for strategic infrastructure management.

Undergraduate degree in business, information management, architecture, interior design or related field

The Strategic Infrastructure Coordinator will provide content coordination support to the Secretariat for the facilities optimization committees. The responsibilities will include:

Moderate to high level computing skills using Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite or other graphics tools

Visioning and planning for key initiatives, as directed;

Strong communication, time management, organizational and analytical skills.

Work with and assist project manager through various aspects of a project life cycle including:

Travel to field sites throughout Alberta to assist Project Managers and Field Crews.

2+ years of previous project coordinator experience or related experience.

5+ years’ experience in the Geomatics industry in the field and office.

Working knowledge of current AutoCAD and/or MicroSurvey software; Trimble Business Center (TBC) and Microsoft 365 software.
