Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist Jobs in British Columbia

· Provisioning and resource management of Premium Capacity

· Knowledge or experience of machine learning and data science is a plus

· Polished written and verbal communication and presentation skills targeted at all levels of the organization

· Building professional growth by actively acquiring predictive modelling and programming skills

· Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop low/high fidelity wireframes

· Experience and proficiency in SQL scripting and Azure is a must

Strong project management skills, ability to successfully work with multiple stakeholders to achieve the project’s objectives

Master’s Degree in Business Management with focus on Mathematics/Statistics or related fields

Sound working knowledge of statistical analysis in Python or SAS. Expert skill level with Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access

Ability to support senior management teams to accomplish company initiatives

Effectively interacts with and presents recommendations to all levels of management including Senior Management team and Field Operations Management.

Manage and optimize processes for data consumption and validation.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Highly recommended: Google Tag Manager/Adobe Launch certification.

Experience in website tagging using Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch.

Prior experience with the Google Marketing Platform, including Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and DV 360, highly regarded.

Implement and validate marketing tags across multiple websites and apps using Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager.

Utilize Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager to establish detailed event tracking in both Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Familiar with data warehouse design, database management and distributed systems

Manage the team workflow and ad hoc data requests with a view of streamlining the process and managing stakeholder expectations

At least 3 years of supervisory experience, mentoring and developing teams' careers

Proven experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

You excel at working with non-technical stakeholders to help translate, manage and drive business needs into actionable insights

Extensive experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Excel, Google Sheets)
