Barista Server Jobs in Alberta

A minimum of two years of direct customer service experience is required

Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Strong knowledge of retail sales principles, methods, practices and techniques

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Greet customers as they enter

Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients

Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)

Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
