We service customers in a variety of industries: Marine, Forestry, Mining, Material Handling, Original Equipment Manufacturing, Agriculture, and Production facilities. Our Winnipeg branch has a permanent, full-time opportunity in our Service Department for a Welder / Fabricator. If you have a strong background in hydraulics, like to work smart and have a passion for making a difference we would like to hear from you.
Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years Welding/Fabricating experience in a heavy industrial environment
Welding Experience Must Consist Of
MIG welding
Shielded metal arc welding
Minimum of 2 years cast brazing
Ability to interpret schematic and layout drawings
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Competency in reading technical manuals and writing service reports
Weight handling up to 50lbs (23kg)
Must have own tools
Responsibilities
Installation, repair, troubleshooting and commissioning of hydraulic components and systems
Documentation of work performed, clearly and thoroughly
Perform work as instructed
Field service to customer locations for troubleshooting, repair or installation
Communicate professionally with customers when required
