If you’re an established brand marketer who lives and breathes social activations that create impact, this is an opportunity you’ll want to consider! As the Sr. Brand Marketing manager, you will be reporting into the head of Brand and Communications, and will be accountable to brand activations across all of our channels with an emphasis on social media. If you have a proven track record of ideating and executing attention grabbing social activations, we want to hear from you. You must love social media and be tuned in to the latest trends and activations taking place across TikTok, Twitter, Instagram and emerging platforms. As the subject matter expert, we will look to you for ideas on where our brand can play in the complex social space. Above all, you are a self motivated, creative thinker who understands brand building and are willing to take chances and risks.
What you’ll do:
- Consistently seek new and innovative channels to reach and engage with users
- Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute the brand strategy in service to the overall brand with the goal of shifting brand perception and building brand preference to drive an increase in market share.
- Find ways to make processes or work routines simpler, faster and better
- Set the strategy and define clear targets and critical metrics for our social channels
- In collaboration with other Leads you will handle the brand Marketing budget, optimising spend against return and reporting on contribution
- Use data and customer insights to develop social first marketing campaigns that drive reach and user engagement
- Own and iterate on our master brand book to ensure we are consistent in all communications and activations
- In partnership with our internal design team and external agency partners, ideate and execute campaigns across channels - social, TV, radio, digital display, etc.
- Actively monitor and participate in conversations with our community on social
What You'll Have:
- You have a positive track record of working with and managing agency partners
- You use social listening tools and data to guide your strategy and garner insights
- You believe there’s always a better way to do things and are willing to disrupt yourself and the status quo
- You are a collaborator who can rally and bring together individuals to achieve your goals
- 5-7 years’ experience in a brand management role
- You are social obsessed – you know what’s new, what’s trending and how to insert your brand into the conversation in a way that is authentic
- You are a natural creative - you can think big and turn those ideas into reality
- You have experience managing corporate social channels
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- You have a strong analytical mind set and thrive in a fast-paced environment
