Job Description

A startup FMCG business with an international footprint in their category.


With the responsibility to grow brand awareness, which will ultimately aim to grow sales and market share in an extremely competitive and fast-changing category. Ultimately create desire for the brand.

You will be responsible for 5 key pillars.

1. Creating the brand plan/guidelines,

2. Social media,

3. E-commerce development

4. Trade & Consumer marketing/activation

5. Agency management.


Responsibilities

• Developing, owning and executing the brand strategy including NPD & communications.

• Identification of consumer insights and trends to drive content and NPD development.

• Effectively and efficiently communicate and market the brand and products to specific

target audiences.

• Executing the brand in line with the global positioning & tailored to optimize within the

UK market.

• Own the social media and e-commerce space for the UK business.


Requirements

A successful Marketing Manager should have the following credentials ideally within FMCG.

• Ability to work on own initiative and in an empowered environment.

• Excellent knowledge of social media impact and drivers

• Experience with e-commerce platform design and implementation

• Experience working within a regulated category.

• The ability to build strong relationships with agencies and stakeholders.

• A track record of delivering excellent ROI

• Preferably experience working within SME or Start-Up environment

• Full mix marketing experience and a passion for the consumer and uncovering trends and

  • Insights.
