We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant with a valid driver's license to support a high-profile individual with their daily administrative and personal tasks. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, possess excellent communication skills, be able to speak professional English。
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Conduct research and prepare reports for the CEO to help inform decision-making
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for the CEO as needed
- Attend meetings with the CEO and take minutes, as well as follow-up on action items and deliverables
- Assist with special projects or events as assigned by the CEO
- Run errands and handle personal tasks as assigned
- Provide transportation services as needed, including driving the employer to various locations
- Provide administrative support for business-related tasks such as reviewing contracts and documents and preparing business letters
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak professional English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Good driving skills and a valid driver's license
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in schedule and priorities
