Marketing Manager Jobs

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Manage contract and price negotiations with office venders, services providers
• Creating and editing photo and video content and designing and creating emails for our customer lists.
• Perform other tasks as directed
• Regular effective communication with real estate agents and marketing team to bring listings to market, both in house and at other offices
• Responsible for implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
• Planning and executing our social media strategy, including regular posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Reviews etc.
• Approval of all new listings for compliance and brand guidelines
• Lead liaise between local agents and corporate on marketing needs and processes
• Prepare operation reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
• Engaging with our community across our social media platforms.
• Create marketing briefs and timelines for proposed campaigns Coordinate between in-house teams and contractors as they translate the marketing calendar into customer-facing asset
• Management of print coordination of marketing materials with local vendors
• Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operations efficiency
• Marketing training/onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)
• Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure channels are set up to activate to plan
• Coordination of local ad and media buying
• Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including presentations, flyers, signage and other industry-specific advertising (eg. Facebook, Instagram, brochures, news paper, and other forms of print and digital media)
• Support campaign and content planning including events/moments, sales, product launches and collaborations across all channels (homepage, email, organic social, paid advertising and physical stores).

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with email marketing systems a plus but not required
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
• Able to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills. Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline
• Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization (internal and client-facing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience a plus
• 2-3 years marketing experience
• Impeccable grammar, proofreading and copyediting and skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign), Adobe Photoshop or illustrator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $65,000.00 per year
