Job Description
TalentWorld is looking for a licensed 309A or 442A Electrician for our client’s maintenance team just outside of Guelph. Our client is a leader and full service supplier to the sewer and watermain industry and they are looking for a Electrician with a passion for innovation and growth.


Electrician Responsibilities


  • Strong PLC system knowledge and ladder logic programming experience
  • Install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment in relation to the building
  • Effectively utilize measurement equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures
  • Monitor intermittent issues with machinery
  • Motion control knowledge including Servo and Variable Frequency Drives
  • Install PLCs and troubleshooting


Electrician Qualifications


  • Knowledge of welding (mig, stick, brazing, oxy-acetylene)
  • Certificate of Qualification 309A or 442A
  • Programming / PLC education experience would also be an asset
  • Program Management Experience
