About This Team
The Brand Marketing Manager reports to Sr. Brand Marketing Manager. Is responsible to develop and execute marketing initiatives that deliver into regional business objectives. At the centre of the marketing organization, the Brand Marketing Manager leads cross functional workstreams to deliver seamless guest experiences across all touch points. Elevates all initiatives with sound business strategies that invites strong partnership and co-creations between key channels, product and creative. They support with ad-hoc needs that improve marketing processes or initiatives.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
  • Support Sr Brand Marketing Manager with execution of small to large scale marketing initiatives/campaigns
  • Responsible for management of project budget
  • Build localized marketing plans to deploy global initiatives across the North-American market
  • Develop and execute campaigns and initiatives that deliver into regional business objectives
  • Manage stakeholders and partner with Manager/Director to keep leadership enrolled to marketing plans
  • Accountable to set and drive key KPI’s as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings
  • Establish sharp positioning and channel mix per initiatives, write creative briefs and communication plans
  • Work with key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences
Qualifications
  • Proven track record developing and delivering a thoughtful acquisition and retention strategy.
  • Creative brief development experience for different scale of campaigns
  • 5 - 7 years of experience developing and driving digital and offline marketing campaigns/initiatives from inception to execution for leading brands.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or business related field.
