Glen Recruitersis looking for aB2B Sales Managerto join our rapidly growing Sales team, who can generate business from Warehouses, where we can provide General Labor/ Forklift/ Light Industrial and Skilled division for temporary/ permanent positions.
The ideal sales manager has extensive sales experience, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We're seeking for a self-starter that thrives in a rapid-growth and high-velocity environment with a demonstrated track record of success in a full sales cycle role. Highly organized, the ideal candidate will be confident, articulate, and sensitive to the needs of the customers.

Responsibilities:
- Keeping the energy up and a positive attitude engaged among the team;
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct cold-calling campaigns to promote the company’s products and build an opportunity pipeline.
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
- Attending industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services.
- Staying informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Identifying potential customers and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Responsible for keeping up to date with new Product features and updates
- Direct development of both existing and new client relationships through targeted prospecting and sales programs within designated territories.
- Responsible for prospecting, generating opportunities, setting meetings and closing new business

Asset
- 4+ years of sales experience, including cold-calling and full sales cycle with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Knowledge and passion for Traffic Industry/ Warehouse and Recruitment services. Glen Group is also expanding into the Homes and Childcare industries
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with relationship building

What we offer:

- Car allowance of $500 per month
- $55,000 to $65,000 base salary
