Job Details
We are currently looking to expand our business to the province of Nova Scotia. Right now, our customers in Nova Scotia are being taken care of by technicians from New-Brunswick and PEI alike and we would like to recruit a full time Automation Engineer/Sales closer to them. This individual would be responsible to visit new and existing customers, engineers and mechanical contractors to promote our products, and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have. The chosen candidate would be the main contact for our Nova Scotia customers and would also, manage new projects in the area.
Job Responsibilities
·Manage and provide technical support to the project team from award to completion.
·Generate programs and graphics.
· Translate bid/proposal into detailed project plan and documents. Communicate job requirements toproject team.
· Pursue and grow our client base in the province.
· Supervision of subcontractors, installation labour, & automation technicians.
· Measure, analyze, report and respond to project performance, budget, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction
· Provide outstanding technical and project related customer service.
· Have a strong background in MS office, various windows OS, server base systems and network configuration knowledge.
Qualifications
· 5+ years’ experience in Building Automation Trade, Industrial & Commercial
· Project Management experience
· Sales experience
· Post secondary education in Mechanical or Electrical field or related experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills with emphasis on problem solving, adapting to changes quickly and effectively, and negotiating.
· Read and comprehend technical documentation and effectively communicate them to the project team, and others who have little to no experience in our field.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8Am to 5PM
- On call (as required)
