The Senior Infrastructure Analyst is also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the infrastructure. The Senior Infrastructure Analyst is also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise with the infrastructure. The Senior Infrastructure Analyst will also be responsible for providing technical support to users, as well as developing and maintaining documentation related to the infrastructure. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc.)
