Key Responsibilities of Assistant S

 Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)

 Preparing apartments for new residents

 Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents

Internal Store; Management of client's Edmonton's store inventory, merchandise procurement, processing customer orders, metric reporting, game launches, and webstore administrative responsibilities.

Administrative support including but not limited to updating budgets, vendor management, PO/Invoice tracking & payment processing.

Assist with management of events email account communications, Slack channel, RSVP, and surveys/feedback processes.

Main Point of contact for any event support or escalation requirements.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years of events support or facilities, administrative or events experience

Dependable and able to meet scheduling requirements with no restrictions.

Incumbent will need to have experience in acquiring and manage ISP’s to drive EMI

Relationship management with internal stakeholders

Build, manage ISP channel and scale business & Market Visits as per the Beat Plan.

Strong understanding of Client and requirements and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
