The Director of Family Services is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the family services team in order to ensure the delivery of quality services to families. The Director of Family Services is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet the needs of families, and for ensuring that the family services team is adequately trained and supported. The Director of Family Services is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, community organizations, and other service providers.
